Melbourne Central Catholic Wins Third Straight

The Melbourne Central Catholic Hustlers are a team on the rise, and Monday afternoon they kept that going with a 6-0 home shutout over the Space Coast Vipers. The Hustlers (5-4) have now won three straight, and they improved above .500 for the first time all season.

Melbourne Central Catholic also advanced into the Space Coast Power Rankings this week, at #15. With some tough opponents ahead, the team controls its ability to improve its standings among the Space Coast area teams.

Jack Paternoster led the way on Monday, throwing a complete-game shutout. The right-hander allowed just two hits and a walk, and he had eight strikeouts.
